35th+Butter ships via UPS Ground or USPS Priority at 35th+Butter’s discretion. We ship to all 50 states and DC for a flat rate of $8. Expedited shipping is available for additional fees.
Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Double check that you are entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a digital discount code for the amount of the return.
- Returns must have all original packaging in like new condition and be scent free, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Please include your packaging slip with the return.
- Returns must be received at our store within 14 calendar days of the order being delivered. Returns older than 14 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Refunds will be issued 1-3 business days after return has been received, inspected and approved for refund.
- This policy is very strict as we are a very small business. Thank you for understanding.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will ship out the exchange. Additional shipping charges will apply.
All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for refund.
